  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you are a parent or guardian registering on behalf of a minor, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the minor and are responsible for their compliance with these Terms.

LittleInspire provides student counselling services including:

  • Academic Foundation Counselling (for Class 5-7)
  • Stream Selection Counselling (for Class 8-10)
  • Career Pathway Counselling (for Class 11-12)
  • Psychometric assessments and evaluations
  • Personalized reports and recommendations
  • One-on-one counselling sessions
  • Educational content and resources

2.1 Permitted Use

You may use our services for:

  • Personal educational and counselling purposes
  • Making informed decisions about academic streams and career paths
  • Understanding your strengths, interests, and learning style
  • Accessing educational resources and guidance

2.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services

  • Subject to interpretation by qualified counsellors
  • Not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our assessments. Results may vary based on various factors including the accuracy of your responses and changes in your circumstances.

4.3 Assessment Validity

Assessment results are valid at the time of completion and may change as you grow and develop. We recommend periodic reassessments to reflect your current state and updated guidance.

5. Reports & Content

5.1 Report Generation

Upon completion of assessments, you may receive:

  • A basic report (free with assessment completion)
  • A comprehensive report (available for purchase)
  • Personalized recommendations and action plans

Report generation time may vary. Reports are typically available within 24-48 hours of assessment completion.

5.2 Report Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, reports are:

  • Based on the information you provide
  • Generated using our proprietary algorithms and methodologies
  • Intended as guidance tools, not definitive predictions
  • Subject to interpretation and should be discussed with counsellors

We are not responsible for decisions made solely based on report content without professional counselling guidance.

5.3 Content Ownership

All content on our website, including:

  • Text, graphics, logos, images
  • Assessment questions and methodologies
  • Reports, templates, and educational materials
  • Software, code, and technical components

is owned by LittleInspire or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5.4 User-Generated Content

If you submit content (feedback, reviews, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display such content for our business purposes.

6. Payment & Refunds

6.1 Pricing

Our services are offered at prices displayed on our website. Prices are:

  • Subject to change without prior notice
  • Quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • Exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your total

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6.2 Payment Terms

Payment for services:

  • Must be made in advance before service delivery
  • Can be made through our authorized payment gateways
  • Is processed securely using industry-standard encryption
  • Will be confirmed via email receipt

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.

6.3 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility:

  • Assessment Services: Refunds may be available if requested within 7 days of purchase and before assessment completion. Once an assessment is completed, no refunds will be provided.
  • Counselling Sessions: Refunds may be available if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours.
  • Reports: Once a report is generated and delivered, no refunds will be provided unless there is a technical error on our part.
  • Service Issues: If you experience technical difficulties or service failures, contact us for resolution. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund, contact us at info@littleinspire.com with your order details. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

6.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined:

  • Your service access may be suspended until payment is successful
  • You will be notified of the payment failure
  • You may need to update your payment information

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including:

This license does not permit commercial use, resale, or redistribution of our content or services.

7.3 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it as described in these Terms. You represent that you have the right to grant such license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Absolute accuracy of assessments or reports
  • Specific outcomes or results
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleInspire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Decisions made based on our assessments or reports
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content
  • Service interruptions or technical failures
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LittleInspire from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you submit or transmit through our services

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.1 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jind, Haryana, India.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

  • We encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter amicably
  • If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015
  • Arbitration shall be conducted in Jind, Haryana, India
  • The language of arbitration shall be English
